Reporting to the Executive Director Childrens Services, the role has lead responsibility for protecting and safeguarding vulnerable children and, wherever possible,seeking to enable a safe environment, ensuring early help and preventative services reduce dependency on services. Its an opportunity for an aspiring leader to shape and develop childrens social care, and in return you will receive significant support onyour own development journey.With a well-developed understanding of the issues facing Childrens Services, you will have a track record of partnership delivery and of establishing performance management cultures that drive continuous improvement.
