Its an opportunity for an aspiring leader to shape and develop childrens social care, and in return you will receive significant support onyour own development journey.With a well-developed understanding of the issues facing Childrens Services, you will have a track record of partnership delivery and of establishing performance management cultures that drive continuous improvement.
