Job Description

Litigation (Fee Earner) - MiddlesboroughAdecco are working with a well established Law Firm who have multiple offices in Middlesborough. The firm truly value their employees and theyre looking for an experienced Litigation Fee Earner to join their business permanently.Salary:

  • 22 - 28k - Dependent on experience.
Qualifications:
  • LLB or CILEX would be preferred.
Experience:
  • The candidate will have experience managing a caseload of Litigated work in either PI, EI, RTA, Cavity Wall Insulation or providing Legal Aid in a fee earning capacity.
  • The candidate will be target driven who can demonstrate fee earning in previous roles.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload of Private and Public Litigation case files.
  • Preparing bundles for court.
  • Utilising and updating the Case Management system on a regular basis.
  • Regularly updating Clients on the progress of cases.
