Job Description

Central Employment are working in partnership with a rapidly expanding B2C focussed organisation with strong ambitions to be market leaders in their respected space. They have a new and exciting opportunity for a Lead PPC Manager, joining a growing internal eCommerce & Marketing function. We are looking for candidates based ideally in the North East, but are open to semi-remote working (2-3 days frrom the office).Purpose of the Lead PPC Manager: Working with the Head of Digital, you will oversee the management, expansion, and optimisation of a number of business critical PPC accounts with a focus on growth and customer conversions. You’ll identify exciting new opportunities and drive increased efficiency of our paid search campaigns.Your Role

  • Leading all PPC activity across the business to drive growth and improve the efficiency of our accounts.
  • Expanding campaigns to meet our growth targets.
  • Managing our key performance metrics across Google Ads, Bing, Microsoft Ads, and other Paid Search platforms
  • Maintaining the paid search budget, reporting on spend and efficiency on all things Paid Search.
  • Analysing and reporting on key performance drivers across Digital Performance channels
  • Lead PPC Managers profile:
  • Self-motivated, and clear communicator with the ability to get to the heart of complicated issues with speed.
  • You’re passionate about Paid Search and Performance Marketing
  • Commercially astute with a focus on delivering the right outcomes
  • Analytical with strong project management skills.
  • We encourage creativity and want you to bring this when identifying opportunities and when finding solutions to problems
  • Essential experience required:
  • Strong experience in Paid Search Campaign Management
  • Circa 3-5 yrs. dedicated PPC experience, gained in-house or agency side
  • Experienced with website analysis and analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Track record and evidence of managing large scale PPC accounts successfully across a variety of verticals.
  • Google Ads / Microsoft Ads certification essential
  • Exposure to Paid Social and Display channels
