Job Description

Joiner £32,764 per annum + Company Van and Fuel CardMiddlesbroughFull Time, PermanentJoin our client’s dynamic team as a Joiner!Role Overview: They are on the lookout for dedicated Joiners to join their growing Repairs team in 2024.   • Fixed Shift Pattern - 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays in summer. In the winter, these hours will be 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support their repairs and maintenance department, to make sure their homes meet the highest standards for their customers.
  • Jobs are planned for you by their Work Planners - so you can concentrate on carrying out repairs to a high standard, ensuring right first time’ wherever possible.
  • Work primarily in the vibrant Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond.
  • Contribute to their TradePlus’ scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
About You:
  • Skilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.
  • Have relevant experience in the trade and be educated to NVQ level 3in the relevant trade qualification.
  • Must possess a valid UK driving license.
  • Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn. They use mobile and hand-held devices to allocate jobs and for you to record your completion of work.
  • A commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations.
