Job Description

THE ROLE - 3 Month ContractIm delighted to be partnering with this great Technology company whose work in the construction industry has impacted some of the globes best known buildings, including the Shard in London and the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.

  • Salary: £200 - £250 depending on experience
  • 3 month contract
  • Location:Middlesbrough TS1
  • Flexible working:No. You will be required onsite for this role.
  • Working Hours: Friday withcore hours 09:0017:00
With a recent departure in the team and a gap for a replacement, a contractor is required to help fill the void and carry out the BAU work across the business.DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIESThe main purpose of the role will be to provide 2nd Line Support across the business from you Middlesbrough office. This is hands on role, and you will be required on site Monday to Friday.The role will be dealing with a wide range of issues including and not limited too
  • System and network troubleshooting.
  • Diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software fixes
  • System and network monitoring and maintenance.
  • New User set up and inductions.
  • A high level of knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise technology stack including Office365
  • Azure management of Users, Security, Devices, Compliance
  • End User Device configuration management (SCCM, Intune, Group Policy)
  • Automation and scripting via Powershell
  • VMWare vSphere
  • Wired and Wireless Networking
  • Teams and Cloud Phone Systems
  • Understanding and operating within service level agreements, targets and meeting KPIs
YOUR SKILLSYou will be able to demonstrate
  • At least 2yrs experience workingin a 2nd line technical support role
  • Excellent customer service
  • Great Problem solving with a can-do attitude
  • Enjoy dealing with people face to face and remotely.
  • Experience of mentoring younger members in the team
You will have the opportunity for a short handover with the leaving team member until a full-time replacement is found (estimated 3 months) where you can then hand over the reins.If you are an experienced contractor with the skills above, please do get in touch.
