  • Develop and deliver training programmes and courses that align with business goals and identified business needs, inclusive of selecting appropriate delivery methods and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programmes offered.
  • Continuously improving the training materials and methods of delivery based on evaluation and feedback results.
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using various training methods such as classroom instruction, eLearning and hands-on training.
  • Maintain and update the curriculum for various programmes offered to reflect changing industry trends and to ensure all training offered is current and up to date with industry standards.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Manage the day to day running of the training department and a team of instructors.
  • Driving business growth and achieving agreed targets.
About You;
  • Proven experience in industrial training instructing (FLT courses, IPAF etc.)
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the delivery of programmes.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of delegates and adapt training methods to suit different audiences.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and associated software.
  • Knowledge of relevant health & safety and compliance regulations.
  • Relevant training instructor certification.
