We are expanding and looking for 3 experienced Industrial Radiographers to join our Fabrications team in Middlesbrough.This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week. You will receive a competitive salary, plus shift allowances and overtime. We offer 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and pension scheme with a 5% employer contribution.Paralloy Ltd is situated in the UK and has 3 sites - Billingham, Middlesbrough, and Sheffield. The business has a worldwide presence and is a major supplier to the petrochemical market. The success of the company has been built on developing quality products in rapid lead times supported by a focused approach to customer service.As an Industrial Radiographer, you willradiograph and interpret the results of the radiography to customer and Paralloy’s standards.Key responsibilities of our Industrial Radiographer:- Radiographing Welds- Developing radiographic films- Interpreting and sentencing radiographs- Conducting Radiographic reporting- Working to customer quality specifications- Following documents provided to ensure quality operations- Working safely throughout all activities in line with Paralloy’s safety standards and procedures- Maintaining general 5S housekeepingWhat we’re looking for in our Industrial Radiographer:- Qualified to PCN Level II in radiography (if qualified to PCN Level I training could be provided)- Qualified to PCN Level II in radiographic interpretation (if qualified to PCN Level I training could be provided)- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings- A good understanding of health & safety and environmental issues- Experience in lifting, slinging and pendant crane operation- Manual handling experience- Good communication skills, both written and verbalIf you feel you have the skills and experience to become our Industrial Radiographer,then please click ‘Apply’ today!
