Job Description

NORTH EAST / YORKSHIRE (523) Permanent £40k - £50k basic + car allowance + bonus + private healthcare and more!Hybrid working with only 1-2 days in the officeOur client is a household name with a great reputation and a fantastic People team. This is a newly created role to take the lead on SAP SuccessFactors including:

  • Reviewing the current use and quality of the system currently
  • Recognise where improvements can be made
  • Develop the use of system to be fit for purpose for the company
  • Responsible for additional modules to be included
  • Coach managers and employees on system use
  • Carry out complex data analysis
  • Data modelling and reporting
  • Quality checking data
Experience required
  • Solid HRIS knowledge
  • Excellent SAP SuccessFactors experience
  • Strong organisational skills, project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent customer services skills.
