Job Description

Our client is a global EPCI and O&M contractor to the renewables industry and, due to the expansion of their business, are currently looking to recruit a full time HR Advisor.HR Advisor Responsibilities:As a HR Advisor you will provide comprehensive HR support in relation to the full employment cycle, with sound knowledge and proven application of employment law you will assist the Company in delivering a wide-range of HR activities and employment terms.You will also provide dedicated Business Management support. Together with being the UKs dedicated contact for visa immigration for large UK Offshore Projects.Job requirements:The HR Advisor will be pro-active, who can manage challenging activities and projects to a precise and accurate standard. A creative thinker with strong communication skills to effectively work with a variety of stakeholders, together with:Essential* Extensive HR Advisor experience in relation to the full employment cycle, supporting a Company in delivering of HR activities and employment law, in area such as:* Recruitment and Selection* Absence Management* Discipline and Grievance* Learning and Development - Succession Planning and Talent Management* Equality and Inclusion* Health and Wellbeing* Leaving Employment* Extensive experience in managing HRMIS (ideally Oracle) and producing and interpreting HR Reports* Active in continuous learning in relation to employment law, HR best practice and own personal developmentDesirable. Visa and Immigration experience (Training will be provided)This is a permanent role based in the Teesside area
