Job Description

Group HR ManagerMiddlesbroughCirca £40,000 plus benefitsThe Talent Crowd are delighted to be working with a leading law firm to recruit a Group HR Manager, to be based out of their Middlesbrough office and managing HR across a network of offices. As they grow and continue to strengthen their Business ManagementTeam this great opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join as the Group HR Manager reporting directly into the CEO. The successful candidate will be personable, professional and flexible in their approach to lead, shape and develop thedelivery of a proactive and effective HR service.The role

  • Design and write HR policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employmentLead, shape and develop the delivery of a proactive and effective HR service
  • Design and deliver coaching/mentoring, learning & development and talent management programsdevelop, create and implement continuous improvement programs
  • Manage and develop the HR team
  • To act as an integral and influential member of the Senior Management Team and advice on policy, including the talent management cycle.
  • Continually review and update all HR policies ensuring that they support a high performance culture.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualification or equivalent
  • Experience as a HR Generalist including recruitment and selection
  • Demonstrable experience of designing and writing HR policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employment
  • Excellent communication, presentation and conflict resolution skills at all organisational levels
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • High Standard of IT literacy including accounting software, MS office and advanced excel skills
