This role is ear marked for progression and you could one day hold the role of Director within the company.Are you a motivated and capable engineering graduate Are you flexible to undertake a range of duties Are you interested in fabrication processes Would you like to be both engineering and commercially focused in a business Are you seeking a varied work dayAre you looking for the perfect platform to hone, harness and showcase your talentsIf so, please apply to the role below today!THE ROLEThe list below is not an exhaustive list of duties, but it will provide a flavour as to what the role representsLearning all aspects of the businessWorking closely with Directors and Foremen to aid their effortsHelping to secure projects, devising & delivering quotations and invoicing workManaging engineers on site and outside contractorsConducting & formulating RAMS and Permits to WorkUpdating records using internal IT systemsEffective contract management and pricing dutiesUndertaking pipework and steel work estimationsPlanning and delivering projectsEnsuring clients gain high standards of service and projects are delivered to agreed deliverables and timescalesWorking with all stakeholders and departments within the businessHelping to ensure products and services remain innovative and add value to clientsTHE PERSONMust be a recent Graduate Engineer with a background such as Fabrication (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, Design or Sales Engineering (2:1 or above)Dynamic and capable individual - happy to undertake a variety of tasks and learn all processes within a businessMust be a recent Graduate Engineer with a background such as Fabrication, Mechanical Engineering, Design or Sales EngineeringStrong IT literacyCommercially focused - genuine interest in businessNatural relationship builderStrong levels of engineering acumenTHE PACKAGEThis is a permanent position paying between £25K-£28K per annum. The role centres on day shift hours. However, candidates are reminded to be flexible regarding working hours due to client deadlines.
