Elliott Recruitment are pleased to have an immediate vacancy for a Gatehouse Administrator in Middlesbrough.My client is seeking a Gatehouse Administrator to work full time hours on a long-term temporary contract.Working within a busy gatehouse you will be required to monitor incoming and outgoing vehicles, checking the booking details are correct, validating drivers paperwork and laising with the customer to ensure vehicles are booked on the system in a timely manner.You will be required to effectively communicate with drivers and internal customers.The gatehouse is operated 24/7 and you must be flexible to work 5 in every 7 days on a varied rota basis. Shift patterns include 6.00-18.00, 18.00-6.00, 6.00-14.00 and 14.00- 22.00.The successful candidate will have good PC skills (full training on the in-house system will be provided) and good communication skills. Due to my clients location own transport is also required.My client is offering a competitive hourly rate with increased rate for overtime.
