Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Linguistic Services, you will work on the full project management cycle across 14 languages. You will focus on the localisation of editorial content, Flat content, Newsletters, Google Ads, and general content solutions across thebusiness.Client DetailsOur client is a leading global platform for the luxury fashion industry.   • Setting up, briefing, allocating and delivering complex projects through different translation production tools, and teams
  • Collecting all the necessary information to ensure the successful completion of all translation requests and liaise with other teams in the organisation to ensure smooth production of translation materials
  • Support the language Content Leads in their planning and communication with stakeholders, suggesting improvement for initiatives, whether that is for internal or external tools and processes
  • Provide support and direction on the quality management of all projects
  • Manage all administrational tasks such as supporting the internal translation teams in building glossaries, as well as maintaining and managing translation memories
  • Be a language ambassador across the business, promoting good linguistic practices and developing positive stakeholder relationships
ProfileEssential:
  • A passion and love for linguistics
  • Translation specialist with proven project management experience
  • Up to date knowledge of translation memory, machine translation & translation management workflows/software
  • Excellent organisational skills, you are intuitive and highly solution-oriented.
  • Exceptional people & stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
  • Working experience within communications or linguistics
  • Fashion/beauty background
Job Offer
  • Negotiable day rate
  • Part-time (3 days a week)
  • Flexibility on working hours (9AM-6PM)
  • Fully remote position (though can visit/work from London office)
