You will be responsible for leading, coaching and partnering the network to deliver the business revenue goals and to ensure that the Oakhouse brand is correctly represented in the market.Key Accountabilities * Accountability for delivery of revenue goals for named branches/sites* Partner with the network to create joint business plans across the full P&L which will ensure implementation of business growth initiatives.* Conduct regular meetings to track performance and course correct where necessary* Assess & build capability and where necessary take corrective action to ensure we have the highest capable individuals as franchisees* Support the recruitment process in identifying suitable candidates and ensure "best in class" onboarding* Ensure that franchisee payments are fully up to date, working with those franchisees who might in in debt to implement business recovery plans or franchisee ownership changes* Input to the development of the How to Oakhouse operating model, which identifies Oakhouse best practice and operating system across all branch operational functions and implement across the franchise network* Develop and implement a franchisee monitoring system to ensure full compliance to Oakhouse operating and brand standards as defined in the operating model and ensure corrective action is taken where necessarySkills and Experience * Be able to communicate at all levels* Be able to build strong relationship* Previous experience working with Franchises advantageous* Computer literateWhy Join Pilgrims Food Masters Our values are at the heart of our business and drive everything we do.
