Job Description

FloristAn exciting position has become available for a full time / part time Florist to join a friendly team based in Middlesbrough. Hours are flexible to suit the right candidate. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary.Role Requirements

  • A passion for inspiring people to learn & develop new skills
    • Role Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day, you will help customers select what they’re looking for, create bespoke bouquets of flowers as well as designing arrangements to be sold as they are
  • There will be flower schools to create and market, collaborations with local businesses and involvement in the marketing to build our customer base.
  • Sharing your passion for floristry with trainees and volunteers is a key element of the role.
  • To ensure the success of the Florists, you will work effectively with the General Manager & Finance Manager to ensure the long-term sustainability of the company.
    • Company Our client is part of the Recovery Connections social enterprise family, the florist is involved in the training and development of volunteers and people looking for work experience within the floristry industry. Working in conjunction with 131 The Venue and the public, the company provide a beautiful array of flowers, bouquets, funeral tributes, and bespoke flower requests both locally, regionally, and nationally.Why should you apply
