Are you a driven finance individual, looking to make the move We are delighted to be working with on our clients in Middlesbrough, on the search for a Finance Manager. This an amazing opportunity to join an ever-growing business in all areas, to headup their finance team. You will ensure the smooth running of the department and financial operations.Duties as a Finance Manager:* Dealing with financial management reporting* Identifying risks and ensuring financial sustainability* Overseeing the finance department* Ensuring all ledgers and functions run smoothly* Producing long-term forecasts and handling annual revenue and budgets* Being involved in audits* Coordinating procurement of services and being responsible for banking* Overseeing the financial system* Performing trend analysis* Leading the development of project costings* Monitoring budgets and performing reconciliations* Liaising with external partiesWhat we are looking for: * CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience* A strong understanding of financial processes* Experience using various systems* Strong IT and leadership skills* Attention to detail* Excellent organisational skills* Strong problem solving skillsTo be successful as a Finance Manager you will be a numerically focussed individual with strong communication skills.
