They are presently in search of an experienced Finance Business Partner tojoin their Finance team. This company is at the forefront of the real estate sector and is poised for rapid expansion.Key responsibilities:

  • Encourage transparent and open communication to elevate the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business decisions and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with executive and directors, providing dedicated support for current and future business strategies.
  • Offer valuable financial insights to contribute to the development and refinement of business priorities, aligning financial strategies with overarching organizational goals.
  • Conduct meticulous analysis and evaluation of both operational and strategic decisions.
  • Ensure that business performance consistently aligns with strategic objectives through rigorous, data-driven assessments and informed decision-making.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports, delivering valuable insights that contribute to informed decision-making across the organisation.
Qualifications and experience:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CA)
  • Business partnering
  • Strong presentation, analytical skills, people management, communicationand organisation skills
  • Problem solver, provide recommendations and solutions to challenges.
