Were delighted to be working with one of the UKs largest housing associations to appoint an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner. The Senior Finance Business Partner will provide business partnering for all aspects of spend on properties: day to day repairs and long term investment.The organisation operates an in house repairs team, so the most important factor would be some experience of working with contractors. The successful individual will have the ability to analyse and interpret responsive repairs that the organisation completeseach year to inform their long term investment plan. * Provide management information and accounting support, adopting a business partnering approach, for the Repairs & Maintenance and Assets Directorates.* Lead on the production of financial plans and budgets, management accounts, ad hoc queries in respect of repairs and major investments.* Lead on the monitoring of repairs and major investment expenditure including forecast expenditure and the implications on the cash flow forecast.You should have a proven ability in reporting in house and contractor spend, familiarity with operating trading accounts, the ability to manipulate and interpret large volumes of data as well as experience in end to end project work.
