Job Description

Empty Property Co-ordinator4 Months ongoing tempMiddlesbroughDrivers license requiredSellick partnership are assisting in the recruitment of an Empty property coordinator for a reputable social housing organisation based in Middlesbrough on an ongoing temporary basis.The Empty Property Co-ordinator to support the effective delivery of a busy, high performing and responsive empty property service. Youll ensure that the properties they own and manage are brought up to the agreed occupancy standard.Requirements of Empty Property Coordinator:

  • Liaise with internal teams, property services and external contractors to ensure all operational activities, including health & safety requirements, are effectively delivered to the agreed standards and timescales
  • Undertake property inspections and viewing appointments within agreed timescales to ensure service delivery meets customer needs and aspirations
  • Contribute and be responsive to priorities for neighbourhood sustainability by promoting a positive neighbourhood image and ensuring that the asset investment is protected
  • Take an active role within relevant project teams by embracing innovation and making a positive contribution to operational efficiencies, value for money and improved performance, as part of a continuous improvement culture
Requirements of the Empty Property Coordinator:
  • Experience within a similar property or empty homes role within a housing background
  • Effective use of IT and media as appropriate
  • Full UK drivers license
