Draughtsman Middlesbrough, North YorkshireAbout UsAt Logic Manufactured Bespoke, we are specialists in creating outdoor living products and have created a unique range of modular raised planter edging and seating units that can be configured to meet any specification.Working to bespoke requirements, we can tailor our products to meet our customers requirements and construct inspiring, beautiful outdoor spaces that are accessible to all budgets and tastes.Due to the continued growth of the business, were now looking for a Draughtsman to join our team on a full-time basis.The Benefits- Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE- A quarterly companywide bonus scheme- 23 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysThis is the ideal role for a technical drawing professional with a proven and successful background in the construction industry, to join our highly innovative company and take the next step in their career.You will discover the chance to work with some of the main contractors within the construction industry, and in return, will find progression opportunities and excellent support and guidance, enabling you to develop and grow alongside us.So, if you are looking for a role where you will have the chance to actively contribute to our ongoing success whilst achieving your own career goals, we want to hear from you.The RoleAs a Draughtsman, you will be responsible for accurately producing drawings, through our tried and tested process, once work has been won.As an integral part of the business, you will be required to create technical drawings of raised planters and seating for high-end projects.Additionally, you will:- Liaise with Project Managers to receive briefs on projects once the contract has been won- Complete technical drawings for clients and sign off within the given time frame- Provide accurate drawings and ensure they are communicated effectively to both workshop and 3rd party steel fabricators- Reduce manufacturing costs through skillful drawing techniquesAbout YouTo join us as a Draughtsman, you will need:- Recent experience creating drawings within the construction industry- Experience being solely responsible for complex drawings- The proven ability to practically understand manufacturing processes- Evidence of working on several projects simultaneously and delivering them on time and to the expected standard- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work and communicate with clients, colleagues and stakeholders at different levels- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel skills)- Analytical and logical problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the boxAny relevant qualifications would be beneficial to your application.Other companies may call this role CAD Draughtsman, Draughtswoman, Draughtsperson, CAD Technician, AutoCAD Technician, Design Engineer or Technical Designer.Webrecruit and Logic Manufactured Bespoke are equal opportunities employers, value diversity and are strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
