Job Description

Our client, a provider of comprehensive bereavement plans, is looking for a Dialler Manager to join the business in their brand new offices situated in Middlesbrough.You will play a pivotal role in optimising the efficiency of the sales and operations for business and your expertise will provide crucial insights that lead teams to optimise performance and productivity.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dialler functionality, encompassing blended, inbound, and outbound campaigns, SMS, and E-mail.
  • Develop and create new campaigns, optimising resources to meet campaign requirements.
  • Implement effective dialling strategies to enhance the success of multiple outbound sales campaigns.
  • Produce outbound campaign performance, adherence, and productivity reports, ensuring campaign targets are met.
  • Monitor team and agent performance through the dialler system, maximising productivity while minimising idle time.
  • Minimise dialler downtime, promptly communicating any issues to management.
  • Deliver daily performance reports to the management team.
  • Analyse data files and identify optimal dialling times to maximise productivity.
  • Generate daily MI Reports, including data penetration reports, campaign activity reports and hourly campaign-specific reports.
  • Liaise daily with team leaders to discuss dialler strategy and set targets for the day ahead.
  • Maintain dialler templates and provide them to the business when necessary.
  • Provide proactive dialler feedback to team leaders, offering an accurate picture of dialler activity.
  • Ensure deadlines for reporting are met, and reports are accurate and presented to the highest standards.
  • Serve as the key contact and liaison point for the supplier of dialler technology.
  • Support agents working on the dialler with first-line IT support, escalating to IT management when required.
About you:
  • Prior experience in cloud-based dialler management.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Technical knowledge to support dialler technology setup and implementation.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and CRM systems. (Highly Desirable)
  • Experience in conflict resolution. (Highly Desirable)
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Conscientious and reliable, with self-motivation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex matters.
  • Result-oriented, ambitious, and reliable.
  • Commercially aware.
