Job Description

Are you a strong Administrator looking for a short term piece of remote work Pertemps are currently partnered with an organisation dedicated to improving the customer experience by creating custom online help-desks.This organisation is currently working remotely and need support for 1 month on a short term data collection project. This position will pay £10.50 per hour and is a full time role.We are looking for someone to work 35 - 37.5 hours per week and are flexible in terms of start dates and times so long as you cover some of the core standard business hours.The typical day to day responsibilities of the Administrator will be:

  • Using spreadsheets and our clients internal systems to move data and ensure it is recorded correctly
  • Identifying and missing data and highlightig this to your line mananger
  • Sending regular updates to your line manager
  • In order to be successful in this post you will need to be:
  • A self-motivated individual that is able to work comfortably without supervision
  • Tech Saavvy with the ability to use Microsoft Office and online tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to record information
  • A quick learner that isnt afraid to ask questions
  • Have excellent written communication skills
  • Proactive and able to find new and creative ways to solve problems
