Job Description

My client is looking to appoint a temporary to permanent Customer Service/Account Manager, ideally to start January.The company has been established for over 30 years selling into the private sector, materials, consumables, and equipment. My client prides itself on first class customer service and is going from strength to strength, this is a fantastic opportunity for a self driven individual.Main Duties:

  • Diary management
  • Team engagement/correspondence
  • Client Liaison
  • Travel arrangements
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to fit the needs of the role
  • A team player
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure that tasks, such as, reports, incoming post and correspondence, management of diary/meetings schedule and email, etc., are dealt with efficiently
  • Manage arrangements for meetings, refreshments, travel, social events,
  • Liaise with internal customers to ensure a smooth flow of information
  • Credit Control
  • Skills you need:
  • Good experience in contract creation or billing functionality
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects/clients simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Genuine and unrelenting dedication and enthusiasm to improve processes
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft apps, including Excel, Word and most notably strong skills with PowerPoint
