Join a fast-growing health tech company revolutionising patient care with innovative software solution. Their software solutions along with their other services are part of core medical systems that are widely used at hospitals in the UK, Australia and NewZealand.The Opportunity:We are currently searching for a consultant to join our UK team to play a pivotal role in facilitating the adoption and implementation of our healthcare solutions within hospitals. As the solution owner on projects, you will work closely with our project management,support and development teams to ensure project delivery meets customer expectations. Throughout the project you will collaborate with healthcare professionals, including hospital management, clinicians and IT teams, to ensure the customer is fully satisfiedand the solution delivered i.e. it optimises operational efficiency, enhances patient care and drives overall improvement in hospital performance. The role is based in our Stokesley office and will require travel to hospitals for client engagements.Key Responsibilities:- Be the solution owner on projects, providing consulting and business analysis as needed- Providing consultative guidance and recommendations on the integration, customisation and deployment of our healthcare solutions - Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their specific needs and objectives during a project lifecycle - Conduct training sessions and workshops for hospital staff to ensure effective adoption and utilisation of our solutions- Collaborate with our product development and implementation teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of our solutionsWhat Were Looking For:- A background in the health tech industry or other government fields, with experience in clinical, consulting, engineering, or operations.- Experience in consulting and business analysis- Project management experience- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal- A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement- Analytical mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environmentApplicants must currently have the permanent right to work in the UK; visa applications cannot be supported.
