Catering Manager based at Montpellier Manor, MiddlesbroughAvailable Hours: Permanent - Full Time - 40 hours per weekThe Catering Manager will manage the Catering provision within the home/scheme to deliver a quality service and to ensure that all residents nutritional needs are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the efficiency, hygiene and safety in the catering area and to organise and supervise the work of other staff working in the kitchen and to maintain the correct HACCP principles in all catering areas and ensure all legislative standards are met.The successful candidate will help maintain in the home the atmosphere and practice of care based on the Values of Methodist Homes deriving from a concern for the individual and mutual respect between residents and staff and to be a part of the Home/scheme senior team with regards to implementing theannual catering business plan as part of the Home/scheme plan and also to work with the MHA Hospitality team to help ensure constant quality development within the catering service.For more information about the role please review the Job Description here.Please note that interviews may take place prior to the advert closing as and when suitable applications are received.
