Job Description

We are seeking a Care Support Team Leader for our clients Supported Living Service located in the Middlesborough area.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing care staff to ensure the highest standard of care
  • Liaising with service users and their families
  • Managing rotas and reviewing care plans
  • Supervisions and spot checks
  • Ensure high levels of care are administered at all times
  • Assessments
Requirements:Were looking for someone who is currently a team leader, a deputy manager, a care manager or a care supervisor. A Level 5 qualification or working towards would be advantageous.The Package:
  • Salary range of £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
  • 22 days holiday, with the potential to increase each year
  • Pension scheme
The client runs a supported living service in Middlesborough, specialising in helping people with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
