Our people live and breathe our SPIRIT values; we are the place for spirited people.More about your roleYou will carry out maintenance work on our extensive property portfolio, across the North East.You will carry out domestic plastering and bricklaying (majority of work will be bricklaying) on a responsive basis for current tenants and also work on recentlyvoid properties completing repairs and renovationsto get our properties ready to re-let.PLEASE NOTE: that this is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday. Experience in plastering and bricklaying in addition to all round maintenance skills is also required.
