As a Key Account Manager you will solely take on the responsibility for our brick sales. Here we expect you to set high standards of customer experience and build successful working relationships with customers, staff and suppliers to deliver sustainable profitable sales growth and gain market share within brick sales.In this role as a Brick Key Account Manager you will;

  • Build effective relationships with all branch and Sales colleagues across designated Business Units, to identify, maximise and develop new, lapsed or dormant business
  • Develop our brick profile and stock range
  • Manage the supply and demand of bricks taking in to account upcoming opportunities and market factors, including stock levels
  • Work with customers to increase and develop sales and relationships
  • Work with and train colleagues to raise awareness of brick products

  • In order to hit the ground running and understand our market and customers, you will have experience within bricks, building materials or the construction industry
  • You will have autonomy to bring in sales with new and existing customers so that you can drive the business forward - so being passionate and driven is key to succeed
  • From this, we are looking for someone to think outside the box, be creative and make this like your own business
  • You will be organised so that you can not only manage yourself but also pro-actively deal with customers, suppliers and other team members
  • We are looking for a specialist within brick as we want you to come in and be our expert and educate our teams
