Job Description

Join The Bridge in Middlesbrough and be valued and supported as a Bank Administrator.Joining Elysiums bank staff gives you the flexibility to pick up available shifts and enjoy weekly pay which includes 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave.You will turn your hand to all administrative duties, supporting the reception, HR, Finance teams and the CPA coordinator, medical secretary, ward and MHA admins on an ad-hoc basis.As a Bank Administrator, you will turn your hand to all admin-related duties, from supporting the reception team, answering and redirecting calls and scanning and filing documents to ensuring compliance with company procedures, documented policies and employmentlegislation.At Elysium, we want the best for you.   • Undertake tasks requested that are commensurate with the post holderslevel of responsibility.
  • To maintain as confidential at all times information relating to patients, staffand centre business.
  • To cover Reception and attend to visitors and answer telephone calls in a timely manner
  • Participate in the Companys supervision & appraisal process.
  • Maintain mandatory and professional development requirements.
  • To attend meetings relevant to the department, and internal / external training events as andwhen required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • GCSE certificate, Grade C or above in English & Mathematics, or equivalent
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in a similar role
