Administrator - Apprentice: 37.5 hours We are looking for a highly motivated flexible individual to join our busy Neurophysiology and Sleep Medicine admin team at James Cook University Hospital. This post holder will provide administrative support to the clinical teams. A team working approach will be required in order to make a positive contribution to the department.The successful candidate will have a sound general education, excellent communication and organisational skills, be adaptable and able to use their own initiative. Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner are essential. Experience of dealing with the public and handling confidential medical information is essential in order to provide an effective reception service. Good IT knowledge and keyboard skill are essential and typing skills would be desirable. Knowledge of CaMIS, the hospital system and routine office procedures would also be desirable but not essential as training will be provided.The minimum entry requirements are 2 GCSEs 3-2/D–E or level 1 Functional Skills in English and maths (or equivalent qualifications).Applicants who have any of the qualifications listed below are not eligible to apply for this apprenticeship:
