Job Description

We are currently looking for an Administer and Customer Service Advisor - for our client based in Stokesley area, to join an exciting and very successful family run business. Please note this a temp to perm role.Duties:

  • Working in a Fast paced environment, taking high number of calls
  • Order processing, having an understanding of the products
  • Product loading - descriptive writing
  • Dealing with customers general enquires
  • Responding to customer enquires via Email
  • Processing orders online
  • General admin duties
  • Able to develop and learn new computer systems
