Working with small and medium-sized businesses across various sectors, as well as individualsand sole traders.Currently looking for a Practice Accountant to join the team and take on a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for preparing accounts, tax returns, management reports, and other financial statements. You will also provide advice and guidance toclients on various accounting and tax matters, as well as liaising with HMRC and other authorities. You will work closely with the partners and managers, as well as supervising and mentoring junior staff.To be successful in this role, you will need:• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)• At least 3 years of experience in an accountancy practice• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, tax legislation, and software• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills• A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude• A passion for delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations
