Job Description

Account Executive (East Midlands/South Yorks)£24,000 - £26,000 basic salary+ upto 8k performance bonus+ £4,800 car allowanceWe have an exciting opportunity representing a wayleave company looking to drive a rapid increase of Tier 2 wayleave signups across the UK. In their push to expand quickly and unlock properties, The WAM purpose is to deliver Wayleave Sign ups at Grantor, Managing Agent and Dwelling level in line with the monthly and quarterly KPI targets as a WAM you will own the end to end sales process, generating leads, managing your pipeline and ultimately closing the sale.This role has two broad purpose:Marketing: to Identify, Validate and Engage with Grantors/MA’s to build the Marketing and Sales pipelineSales: to sign up wayleave agreements, managing your own schedule and to engage with customers via Video, Phone and Face to Face and is heavily results orientatedSomebody with a history of home-based account management, an eye for detail, and a diligent approach to contacting customers would be advantageous.Your key responsibilities as an Account Executive will be:

  • Using the 41k data points in the pipeline database research the missing contact data for the priority accounts through outbound calls and online tools.
  • Emailing and calling priority customers to validate them and arrange a sales call for the sales team to discuss wayleave sign-up.
  • Keeping the pipeline database updated with all qualified data and ensuring the sales team have good data to work with.
  • Work with the marketing team to validate all of their researched data and input into Pipedrive.
  • Email marketing to potential lower level customers.
  • Once the data is fully validated, take on the responsibility of a junior sales head for wayleave sign-up including:
  • Responsible for negotiating, processing, and receiving Wayleave agreements
  • Working within the defined process and framework - Identify, Validate, Engage, Educate, Sign.
  • Ensuring that processes are efficiently and effectively followed and optimised
  • Ensuring that all docu-sign processes are followed up on time and in full
  • Ensuring that all administration and workflows are adhered to and documented daily within the CRM system
  • Achieving agreed monthly Wayleave sign up targets
  • Become a wayleave expert and key support contact for all customers and stakeholders within your territory
  • Generate opportunities to add value to our client through networking and new ideas
  • Demonstrate flexibility within role to ensure that the expectations and requirements of the Business Unit are met in a timely manner
  • Respect the confidentiality of the information used and/or gained in your role.
