Job Description

3rd Line IT Engineer £30,000 - £35,000Permanent + Benefits PackageMiddlesbroughOur client is a leading provider, a massive name in the industrial sectors and are based in over 60 countries worldwide. They are looking for experienced 3rd line systems administrators to come in and hit the ground running and join their growing team inthe Middlesbrough office.Role Overview

  • Administer company systems to the highest level of accuracy.
  • Provide 3rd line support to all ICT teams and report to management on system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service, software and hardware issues.
  • Responsible for administering, upgrading and maintaining all back-end systems.
  • Install, configure and maintain service, software, hardware and application components.
Skills
  • Previous experience in a systems administrator role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Configuration and management of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory & Azure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Sound knowledge and experience in the following:
  • Azure
  • Office 365
  • Windows 10/11
  • ITIL
  • RDS/App-V
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Hyper-V/SCVMM
  • Windows 2003 - 2022
