Customer Service Experience RepresentativeFull-time Monday to Saturday between the hours of 0700 - 200037.5 Hours a weekJob Summary:We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Experience Representative to join our team at Royal Mail. As a Customer Service Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolvinginquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your excellent computer skills, experience in handling difficult customers, and exceptional telephone manner will be essential in excelling in this role.Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, services, and delivery options.- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and escalations in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring a positive resolution.- Utilise excellent computer skills to navigate through various systems, databases, and software applications to access and update customer information.- Maintain a high level of accuracy while entering customer data, updating records, and processing orders.- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management to enhance customer service delivery.- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed customer expectations.- Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.Requirements:- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Ability to handle difficult and irate customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and friendly telephone manner.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.You will be required to attend 2 weeks training once your offered a start date (no holiday can be taken in his time)If this sound like you please apply today!
