Job Purpose : The post holder will be responsible for providing effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the teams. The role will involve the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree oforganisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems. The post holder will often be the first point of contact and focal point for service users, public and healthcare professionals requiring clear communication and liaison skills.The Team can rely upon the post holder to work with the minimum of supervision and to co-ordinate his or her activities with the members of the Teamto work as part of the administration team; providing cross cover during periods of staff absence.
