Job Description

Teaching Assistant - SEN SchoolResponsibilities:

  • Provide essential support to students with SEN in a classroom setting.
  • Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of teaching staff.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the SEN team to address specific educational requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN school is advantageous.
  • DBS on Update Service (or willingness to get one)
  • Enthusiasm for supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to creating a positive and nurturing educational experience.
