Build Recruitment are partnering with an NHS Trust in the northwest of England to source an Interim Senior Property Manager (Property Acquisition and Disposals). £33 - £37 PAYE Umbrella p/hInitially a 3 - 6 month contract with the potential to become permanentReporting to the Head of Corporate Real Estate, the Senior Property Manager will be responsible for providing professional advice to key stakeholders in relation to property transactions and leads on the day to day management of the trusts property portfolio.With a focus on the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold interests, the Senior Property Manager will support the Head of Corporate Real Estate in the delivery of objectives which maximise, regularise and rationalise the portfolioThe Senior Property Manager will also manage a professional two Property Managers whose focus is on legislative compliance, strong financial management and maximum utilisation of the operational estate.Educated to degree level in a property related discipline, experience within the NHS or wider public sector is preferred but not essential and MRICs would be advantageous (again, not essential).Predominantly home-based, this role will cover a wide geographical area which will involve occasional travel, making this an essential driver post.For more information about this role, please contact Marcus MayBuild Recruitment Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
