This established firm are the preferred advisor for some ofthe country’s largest corporate landlords, freehold investors and property management companies.JOB TITLE: Property Litigation SolicitorPQE REQUIRED: 2+LOCATION:MerseysideSALARY: up to c£65,000 DOETHE ROLE:The successful Solicitor will work collaboratively as part of this busy team and be responsible for their own caseload of property litigation matters. The appointed candidate will work directly with the firm’s corporate clients who are mainly institutionallandlords, pension funds and asset managers. This role is ideal for a Litigation Solicitor with experience of fast-track and multi-track litigation as the appointed Solicitor will be required to work on such matters to include those before the first-tier tribunal.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from experienced Litigation Solicitors who have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, ideally gained in Property Litigation. Applications are also encouraged from Solicitors with experience in general Commercial Litigation with a desire to specialistin Property Litigation work.
