Job Description

A number of remarkable Medical Negligence roles have arisen in a Merseyside Legal 500 firm, as a result of continued growth, and a booming time for this team.

  • Medical Negligence Litigation Executive/Solicitor/Paralegal
The ideal candidate will have around 2-3 years’ + experience in Medical Negligence, and a real desire to help people in a variety of matters, from initial instruction to Trial, as the as the role will entail both pre and post-litigation work. You will be dealingwith Serious Orthopaedic claims, Brian and Spinal Injuries, Brain Defects, Cerebral Palsy claims, Nerve Damage and Surgical Error. These cases will be valued from £500,000 up to £10 million, so prior experience of high value work is preferable.You will be joining a friendly team, alongside other senior solicitors and the wider team, which will look to you for direction and expertise in this area. You will be investigating and litigating multi-track cases and delegating the work as appropriate, tomake sure it is completed at the right fee earning level. You will be a self-starter, thrive in busy environments and have great interpersonal skills.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team at a friendly firm that can offer the following benefits:
