Job Description

Tradewind Recruitment is currently hiring an experienced Learning Support Assistant to aid children with various SEND needs in a dedicated special educational provision.Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist children with a range of SEND needs within the special education provision.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to implement individualised learning plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that supports diverse learning requirements.
  • Provide support for academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant in a special educational setting.
  • Familiarity with supporting children with various SEND needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and tailor support to the unique needs of each child.
  • Passion for promoting inclusivity and supporting diverse learning requirements.
