Our client is seeking an experienced HR professional to act as a People Lead, supporting planned operational expansion in Romania and China.Client DetailsBased in Merseyside, our client is a global leader in intelligent heating and renewable energy solutions.Full details will be provided upon successful application.DescriptionAs the HR point person for this project, you will have responsibility for all people & HR considerations as they relate to the set-up of two new businesses located in Romania and China.An HR Consultant professional with relevant international or multi-country experience, you will quickly be able to familiarise yourself with the country/states local hiring practices and labour relations regulations.As HR Lead your role will be to access and minimise various risks while leading the implementation of successful HR plans to develop strategic partnerships and grow a skilled workforce.Acting as the people lead for this project you will be responsible for overseeing the business infrastructure and attendant hiring into the newly formed organisation and act as a key member of the company start-up and launch team.You will coordinate with the Global HRSS team in the UK to ensure all HR, Resourcing, Training, and Compliance policies and procedures are in place to support the smooth set-up and running of workforce operations and business support.ProfileThe successful candidate will have broad generalist HR experience and excellent project management skills.You will have had previous multi-country experience and have led change and transformation activity both in the UK and Internationally, whether having supported M&A activity, business redesign, or business start-up.You will have excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to work flexibly and adapt in line with changing priorities.Experience in organisational design.International/ multi-country HR change management experience is a must!Candidates will ideally be from fast-paced environments such as Consumer Goods, Manufacturing and Production, Logistics & Supply Chain.Job OfferPlease note this role is offered on an FTC basis, with a requirement to flex in line with the projects requirements.Full details will be provided upon successful application.
