Job Description

HR Business PartnerOur client is a prestigious organisation, with a great reputation in Liverpool. The HR Business Partner will support the wider HR team to drive a high performing culture across the business, developing strategies in ER, L&D and recruitment. The ideal candidatewill have experience in a wide range of ER matters, providing advice and guidance to managers within the business.Package:

  • £35k
  • 9-5pm - 37.5 hours
  • 25 days holiday plus BHs
Job Duties:
  • Responsible for day-to-day HR operational issues
  • Provide proactive and professional HR advice on the full range of people issues: talent acquisition and recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Manage process and provide sound advice on disciplinary, performance management and grievance cases.
  • Provide coaching to other HR team members in respect of employee relations, contractual and policy matters, ensuring compliance with legislation, good practice and policies and procedures.
  • Support the planning and implementation of organisational design and change programmes, including restructures involving redundancy, redeployment and TUPE transfers.
  • Ensure HR data and information is accurate and up to date to aid the decision making of stakeholders. Interpret management information, identify trends and present these to managers.

  • Previous experience in a HRBP or Snr HR Advisor role
  • Up to date and in-depth knowledge of current Employment Law Legislation.
  • Ideally CIPD7 qualified or working towards.
  • A great communicator, experience in handling multiple stakeholder interests
  • Confident in dealing with a wide range of complex Employee Relations cases
