Are you an experienced digital marketing professional looking for your next challenge within a fast passed and ever-expanding organisation Are you a transformational leader who can motivate and drive cross-functional teams This could be the perfect rolefor you.Client DetailsGlobal b2b business looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for a 6 month FTC - fully remote roleDescriptionThis Digital Marketing Manager is a new role reporting to the Director of Marketing, bridging the gap between digital marketing and IT and forms part of the central marketing function. Youll be joining a growing team built to support the companys rapiddigital growth ambitions.Duties and responsibilities

  • Leads the development and implementation of the overall digital marketing plan, identifying trends, challenges and opportunities
  • Manage ongoing enhancements to the website - including performance/tracking and provide data-driven recommendations to improve user experience, engagement, and acquisition
  • Develops and maintains an integrated online contact to lead capture tools and processes. Ensuring that our online platforms work as an effective lead generation tool and are integrated with company CRM (Salesforce). Leveraging the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Develops and maintains a platform for managing product information, ensuring one source of truth for product information management on their external-facing digital platforms
  • Monitor and input into other company brand websites, as well as the corporate website. Seeking opportunities to streamline where able
  • Establish best practices around data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness. Create dashboards and coordinate digital campaign measurement, reporting and analysis to identify areas for performance improvement
  • Expand our digital marketing footprint by implementing campaigns (PPC, paid social, SEO, display, web) and using analysis tools to optimise performance
  • Carry out customer, market and competitor research activities. Provides effective summaries and insight to help the business understand the implications of findings
  • Identify new opportunities and trends for new digital tools, technologies and methods that we may wish to pilot
  • Manages projects and works cross-functionally with IT, sales, sales operations, customer services, marketing, etc. Ensures the voice of the customer is captured
  • Works collaboratively within the marketing team to meet brand requirements. Support the upskilling of marketing team members in digital marketing
  • Aligns digital activity with overall marketing strategy and business plans; explains clearly how the digital marketing plan supports the broader purpose, vision and values; and motivates people to commit to these plans and business goals
  • Creates an environment where everyone in the team can live their values

ProfileExperience and qualificationsTo be successful, you must be immediately available to start work and will need to complete the 6 month FTC
  • 8+ years experience in similar roles
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Experienced working with Product Information Management Systems (PIMS)
  • Good understanding of SEO best practice
  • Can extract, read and interpret data and present this at a senior level to drive change
  • Familiar with HTML with the ability to do simple tasks
  • Familiar with marketing automation - Pardot experience highly desirable
Job Offer£50k- £60k DOE
