I am happy to be partnering with a fantastic Freight forwarder, who are looking for a Customs Administrator to join their ever-growing business.- Fundamental knowledge on FTAs and on the process to determine country of origin of goods and products correctly.- Processing and creation of consular documents, such as Certificate of Origin, ATR, EUR1, and so forth.- Receiving, handling and checking of customer order boards to determine origin of goods against data held.- Understanding of imports and exports- Import and Export Customs Clearance knowledge and be able to coordinate processes with third party customs brokers, which may eventually be done in-house.- Handling on bookings and customs clearance data with courier.- General day to day administration, such as data entry, month end filings and reports, and closing job files.- Holiday and Sick Leave Covers for other staffs workload where possible and necessary.Benefits: - Relevant internal and external training will be available and provided.- 25 Days Annual Leave, plus bank holidays.- Pension Scheme will be available upon completion of probation period.- MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
