Are you an experience in the legal industry within a Costs Draftsman role Are you looking for a new challenge within a leading legal firmIf so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at our legal client`s Liverpool office, you will be involved in preparing Costs Budgets, negotiating on Costs Budgets (Prec R) and have the ability to organise your workload to meet deadlines.Benefits for this role include:A competitive basic salary that ranges between £30,000-£35,000 per annum.25 days holiday entitlement scheme (including all bank holidays).Birthday day off scheme.Pension scheme.Day to day duties in this role include:" Preparing in Multi Track injury cases with a value of up to £500,000.00 and Budgets in relation to other areas of civil litigation with limited supervision" Dealing with negotiations" Undertaking advocacy at CCMCs" Advising clients on all aspects of costs management and providing input on retainers/rates in live cases as and when required.In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:" Proven experience of drafting Costs Budgets and familiarity with multi-track litigation." Experience of negotiations / Costs Management Advocacy would be preferable but candidates without this experience would be considered.
