You will be working out in the community carrying out Home Parental Nutrition in the comfort of patients home. You could be working for a business thats providing nursing services that allow patients to live to their full potential.What will you be doing as the Registered Nurse on the HPNservice Youll be visiting patients within their own homes and ensuring they receive gold-standard care throughout their treatment. Were looking for caring individuals from NHS or Private sector backgrounds who are keen to travel, complete home visits andmaintain high quality standards.Clinically youll be supported to become competent in connecting and disconnecting of parental nutrition and recieve training to maintain infection control at all times.You will be empowering patients to manage their own care(where possible), liaising with your team to share ideas and best practice and being there as a key point of contact for patients throughout their period of care. Living the Bionical Solutions values at all times.What experience do you need as the RegisteredNurse You will need to have a valid NMC Pin and the ability and willingness to travel. You will need to be aware of NHS practices and NHS lines of communication.Experience of cannulation, phlebotomy and catheterisation is desirable but not essential howeveryou do need to possess a clinical mindset to complete the training and carry out the role.If you put patients first in everything you do and want to make a positive difference, then wed love to hear from you.
