They have a well established accountancy team with strong qualified accountants who are mentoring the part qualified members of the team with their development. DescriptionIn this role as Assistant Management Accountant, you will support the Financial Controller in developing the management information reporting processes to help improve the quality of information distributed across the business. Day to day duties will include:Assisting in the production of monthly management accountsPosting journals and accruals and prepaymentsAssisting in the budgeting process and monthly forecastingVariance analysisBalance sheet reconciliationsManaging the bank accountsAnalysing key contracts and project accountingProfileThe successful applicant to this Assistant Management Accountant role must have the following:CIMA/ACCA studier with ambition to grow with the business and develop into a qualified accountantExposure to the management accounts processStrong Excel skills - able to extract/manipulate data, v look ups, pivot tablesGreat communicator and can build relationships across the wider businessJob OfferThe company will offer a package which includes:Attractive starting salary paying £25,000-30,000 (depending on experience and qualification)Full study support with increments in salary as you progress through your qualification25 days holidayFlexibility on working hoursCompany pensionOn site parking
