As well as helping you grow and develop your talent, we want you to feel proud of where you work and what you do.Burton Park is a neurobehavioural locked rehabilitation hopsital for patients with acquired brain injury and neuroprogressive conditions patient displaying co-existing neuropsychiatric conditions and challenging behaviour.There are three wards offering 50 beds. Warwick Lodge, Dalby and Cleves. A variety of care pathways are available, including acute and longer-term neurobehavioural rehabilitation and person-centred care, emphasising the least restrictive setting.The multi-disciplinary team includes psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, speech & language therapy, physiotherapy, social workers and medical.Burton Park is a member of the Independent Neurorehabilitation Providers Alliance (INPA).Leadership of the full nursing team on the Ward. This includes being a highly visible role model and mentor to the nursing team.You will have responsibility for overseeing and maintaining the highest standards of nursing care. The role will act as a senior clinical member of the team, providing advice and support from a nursing perspective and oversee and hold responsibility for the ward environment and its resources.
