• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating demand/supply.
• Handle manufacturing and delivery of products and services to the company policy and country regulatory requirements.
• Manage all freight moves for Direct to Consumer, B2B and affiliate sales, warehouse transfers, inbound raw and packs, and international import and exports
• Work with cross-functional teams, create and implement plans that enable the execution of business strategies.
• Order management + inventory management across vendors, suppliers, and warehouses.
• Manage business metrics (KPIs) for the organisation (may include customer availability, service levels, on-time delivery, supplier response time (SRTs), supply chain costs and inventory).
• Partner with customer service to develop effective solutions to fulfil customer needs
• Help create and maintain fulfilment and shipping related SOPs.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10% of time)

• Supply chain/operations experience
• 3PL and Logistics experience
• Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and Salesforce experience
• APICS Certification preferred or CPIM Certification preferred (not required)
• Hands on warehouse experience/management preferred (not required)
• Master skill-set with spreadsheets and analytics
• Hands on experience with any (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
• Advanced project management skills including time and risk management, & project structuring
• Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English. Start-up business mentality with the ability to work proactively and with a sense of urgency and attention to detail, at all times
• Determination, self-motivation and an eagerness to take on new challenges
